We have extended this year's sign-up and finish time entry deadline!
Online registration will now remain open until midnight Sunday July 12!
You can enter your finish times anytime between 10:00 AM Saturday, June 27 and 9:00 AM Monday, July 13.
Tracking your distance and time is easy with our new virtual race app (download link to the right on this page).
Check here for more information on entering your finish time.
We wish you could join us in the beautiful mountains surrounding Lake Rabun in northeast Georgia for the 14th Annual Rabun Ramble; unfortunately, this year the Rabun Ramble will have to go the virtual race route. So don’t put away your running shoes just yet!
Our 5K and 10K courses are still the same if you want to come up and run them (but there will be no “official race” on Lake Rabun Road). The roads will be open, so be careful! Also, remember to abide by safety rules such as social distancing, etc. You can also choose to run your own 5K or 10K route wherever you are! You can even run it on your treadmill if you want to stay inside and avoid the crowds. You can still earn a colorful race shirt; however, this year there will be no overall and age group awards, since we can't all run together as we have in the past.
Fees: $25 pre-registration is a must in order to receive a tee shirt this year.
There will be no volunteers at the pavilion on July 4.
If you choose to participate, you can either enter your times manually, or you can use the IYR Virtual app (links on the right). Instructions are in the app or, if you want to enter your time manually, on the Results page (see the video which explains everything).
T-shirts will be available for pickup at the Pavilion at Lake Rabun on Saturday, July 4 or at Hall’s Marina starting Sunday, July 5.
Net proceeds will go to the Lake Rabun Fund of the North Georgia Community Foundation (the "Lake Rabun Foundation"), which provides Rabun County student scholarships and other community programs.
